What you'll be doing?

Support Technical Queries: Assist clients and consultants with technical questions, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Provide Technical Support: Offer expert guidance to the production and sales teams on product submissions, proposals, and quotations, preparing detailed plans and specifications.

Conduct Training: Lead on-site product installation training and perform regular site inspections to maintain high standards.

Manage Orders: Efficiently process and manage client orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

Research and Design: Innovate value-added designs by conducting research and using engineering calculations and design codes to meet client specifications.

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with production and engineering teams to align client requirements and develop standardized solutions for future growth.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background: A degree or diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent is required to ensure a solid foundation in engineering principles.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD/AutoCAD Revit and Microsoft Office is essential for efficient design and documentation.

Experience: Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Technical Engineer / Sales Engineer or equivalent.
