Position Summary

An established engineering solutions provider is looking for a Technical Engineer to join its technical support team. This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on technical work, customer interaction, and working with precision equipment.

Working Location: Kallang, Singapore and islandwide (Class 3 driving licence preferred)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

8.00am – 5.00pm

8.30am – 5.30pm

9.00am – 6.00pm

Job Responsibilities

Provide after-sales field support, including installation, calibration, and repair of equipment

Diagnose and resolve technical issues independently, both in-house and at customer sites

Conduct customer training for new installations on basic hardware operation and software applications

Support local and overseas service activities when required

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality technical support

Job Requirements

NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related disciplines

1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome (training will be provided)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle hands-on technical tasks

Class 3 driving licence is an advantage

A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
