Dedicated to specific business units you will work with senior business leaders to drive talent initiatives to support the overarching business strategy and coordinate with CoEs and People Services to develop streamlined talent programs, policies and procedures, and to operationalize the Integrated Talent Management strategy from workforce planning to talent acquisition strategy to employee development and mobility programs.

How you will contribute

You will:

Drive the talent & capability strategy for Mondelēz across AMEA, working across the region, with direct partnership with the AMEA Leadership Team, the Regional People Lead and the Global Talent CoE, to optimize organizational culture and align the organization’s talent management goals with business outcomes.

Guide and advise senior leaders across the business units in AMEA on the development and execution of talent management strategies to create an inclusive, high performing work environment.

Ensure that AMEA region’s talent & succession pipeline health is monitored and improved, hold leaders accountable to deliver results on the talent agenda to build long term talent pipeline

Ensure that critical roles are identified and critical talent developed and ringfenced, in service of AMEA’s 2030 Vision

Shape and execute the AMEA Capability agenda, tailored to meet the business needs of the six BUs and functions.

Lead the Employee Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion agendas for the region.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in: ~15 years’ HR experience with a core background and expertise in Talent Management & Capability / L&D– experience driving organizational effectiveness and / or culture change through these levers.

Ability to develop and communicate an overall strategic vision as well as the ability to implement programs at a tactical level

Strong relationship builder and collaborator, especially in matrix environment; ability to partner and influence at all levels of the organization.

Collaborative and team player; ability to ask the hard questions which challenge the status quo and lead to new thinking, while also maintaining respect and strong relationships and support across the organization.

Brings diverse perspectives and background to drive meaningful change and impact the company’s culture and values

Driven, ambitious and an action-oriented leader

Certified on key talent assessment tools and methodologies, and facilitation tools and methodologies
