Job Title: Talent Acquisition (HR)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30AM – 6:00PM

Location: Tai Seng MRT Station

Salary: SGD 2,400 – 2,800

Employment Type: Full-time employment

Responsibilities

- Support recruitment activities and source suitable candidates for different projects and assignments

- Conduct initial interviews and candidate screenings

- Coordinate and manage candidates’ work schedules and deployments

- Prepare weekly and monthly rostering / manpower planning arrangements

- Liaise closely with clients regarding manpower and scheduling matters

- Conduct morning calls and shift reminders for deployed candidates

- Follow up on attendance, replacements and operational issues when required

- Understudy at client sites to understand operations and deployment requirements

- Prepare weekly and monthly timesheets for client and candidate verification

- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database

- Support other recruitment and operational matters assigned by the team

Requirements

- Fresh Graduates welcome

- ⁠Has recruitment / talent acquisition experience is plus

- Comfortable conducting interviews independently

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Responsible, organized and detail-oriented

- Familiar with LinkedIn, job portals and recruitment processes is an advantage
