Job Responsibilities

Install, configure, and commission access control systems, turnstiles, barrier gates, and related security equipment.

Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for installed systems.

Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults.

Conduct on-site inspections and provide technical support to customers.

Perform system testing and ensure installations meet quality standards.

Assist with cable routing, wiring, and equipment mounting.

Prepare service reports and update maintenance records.

Work closely with the sales and project teams to ensure successful project completion.

Provide customer training after system installation when required.

Follow workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.

Requirements

NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Experience in access control, CCTV, turnstiles, automatic gates, or ELV systems is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and hand tools.

Able to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently.

Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Possess a Class 3 driving licence (preferred but not mandatory).
