About the Role

We are looking for a driven and innovative Engineer to join our Operational Excellence team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving digital transformation by designing and deploying workflow automation solutions—from concept through to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement applications using Microsoft Power Platform and related Microsoft tools to enhance operational efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective digital solutions

Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

Support deployment, testing, and continuous enhancement of developed solutions

Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives

Requirements

3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.)

Strong interest in digital transformation and process improvement initiatives

Proficiency in problem-solving, with the ability to translate operational challenges into system-based solutions

Knowledge of C# and MS SQL will be an added advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments

Working Hours : 8.15am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)

Location : Changi North

Company Bus : Pick up at Ang Mo Kio, Yishun, Hougang, Punggol, Pasir Ris, Bedok, Tampines MRT/Interchanges
