Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and support for IT infrastructure issues including network, servers and workstations at local and remote offices.

Administration on CCTV, VoIP and other IT applications.

Maintain up-to-date system inventory, documentation and reporting.

Liaise with vendors with regards to purchase of new equipment and maintenance of existing equipment.

Occasional travel may be required.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Computer or IT related discipline, with at least 6 years hands-on experiences of IT administration.

Solid experience in MS Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams), Data Backup (Veeam) and VMware virtualization.

Hands on experience in maintaining network infrastructure, including LAN switch, Router (VPN) and Access Points.

Certification in Microsoft (MCSE/MCP/MCITP), Networking or IT Security will be an advantage.

Responsible, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates and counterparts.
