About the role

Join VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.' as a System Engineer (Network) in our Lavender Central Region office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of our complex network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Responsibilities

To implement and operate network solutions to support business and network projects and ensure timely delivery and compliance to internal technical standards and processes.

Oversee and perform the implementation of various network change request.

Responsible for implementing, enhancing and maintaining the infrastructure network road map to serve various initiatives.

Develop technical specifications, configuration, implementation and documentation according to guidelines and standards.

Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure the successful implementation of the infrastructure network.

Provide support, troubleshooting, upgrading and maintenance assistance to the services provided by the infrastructure network team.

Implement short- and long-term plans to ensure capacity meets existing and future requirements.

Prepare, review and implement both scheduled and break-fix network changes.

Skills

The person should have over 2 or 3 years of network engineer experience with the following skills and competencies:

Bachelor's degree preferably in engineering or computer science

Experience with Router and Switch configuration such as Spanning-Tree, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, IPSEC, DMVPN and others.

Experience with network implementation (i.e. CISCO Nexus, Catalyst, Arista,Huawei).

Familiar with network implementation on Load Balances [F5 LTM and GTM], Firewall [Check Point, Huawei and PaloAlto]

Familiar with network technologies and domain in LAN/WAN and across multiple products like Cisco/Arista/Huawei.

Familiar with DATACENTER network infrastructure (i.e. CISCO nexus, Arista, APIC, Huawei)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to co-operate with various stakeholders within the bank.

Strong negotiation/conflict management skills

For Junior position, requires CCNP or HCIP

For Senior position, requires CCIE or HCIE

For Senior position , the salary will be adjusted accordingly to the exp
