Job Description
- Supervise and lead stewarding staff on daily operations
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in kitchen and back-of-house areas
- Coordinate manpower deployment and work schedules
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Conduct on-site inspections and ensure compliance with company SOPs
- Liaise with clients and operations team on daily operational matters
- Train new staff and provide guidance to team members
- Prepare simple reports and submit daily updates when required
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in stewarding, cleaning, or hospitality industry
- Able to lead and manage a team independently
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety and hygiene practices
