We are a growing education consultancy based in Singapore, specialising in undergraduate, postgraduate, and school placements.
As our application volume increases, we are looking for a detail-oriented backend Study Abroad Consultant to support application processing and client delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end application processes for students (non-sales focused)

Assist students in preparing application materials (personal statements, CVs, supporting documents)

Track application progress and liaise with universities / institutions

Maintain clear and consistent communication with students and parents

Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth case handling

Support visa applications and pre-departure arrangements (if required)

Ensure all cases are handled accurately and delivered on time

Requirements

Prior experience in study abroad consultancy / education industry (application or backend preferred)

Familiar with overseas application processes (undergraduate / postgraduate / school level)

Strong written and reading skills in English

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple cases independently

Good communication skills with students and parents

Able to work under pressure during peak seasons

Good to have:

Experience in handling application cases independently

Exposure to multiple destinations (UK / Australia / Singapore, etc.)
