Job description for Studio Manager at Pilates Connect Pte. Ltd.
About the role
As Studio Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the studio while delivering an exceptional experience for our clients and instructors. This is a hands-on role. You will personally manage front desk and operational responsibilities while leading and supporting any other team members. You will be the operational heart of the business, ensuring that clients are well looked after, instructors are supported, and studio operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, WhatsApp and in-person enquiries
Build strong relationships with clients and provide a personalised, boutique customer experience while creating a welcoming, community-focused environment
Assist clients with bookings, scheduling, package purchases and account enquiries
Follow up with new clients and ensure they have a positive onboarding experience
Monitor and facilitate the entire client journey from first enquiry through long-term retention
Handle client feedback, concerns and service recovery when required
Work closely with instructors to manage their schedules, leave requests and replacement arrangements
Optimise studio utilisation and scheduling to balance client preferences, instructor availability and studio capacity
Ensure smooth daily operations across both studios including ensuring a clean, organised, well-stocked and premium studio environment
Oversee inventory, procurement and studio maintenance
What We’re Looking For
Essential qualities:
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Enjoys working with people and delivering excellent customer service
Is proactive, resourceful and able to think ahead
Takes ownership and follows through on responsibilities
Has strong written and verbal communication skills
Is comfortable managing schedules, systems and administrative processes
Is at ease with various forms of digital platforms including WhatsApp, MS Word, Outlook, etc.
Good at prioritisation and can thrive in a busy environment
Calm under pressure
2 – 5+ years' experience in operations, hospitality, customer service, wellness, healthcare, education or related industries
