We are looking for a motivated Structural Sales Engineer to join our growing team as we expand into steel floor decking systems and structural steel solutions.

This role combines both engineering and sales, giving candidates exposure to technical discussions, project coordination, and business development within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

Promote and support Swan Swee’s steel floor decking, purlin, and structural solutions

Provide technical support to consultants and contractors

Assist in design coordination, load calculations, and span optimisation

Prepare technical submissions, shop drawings, and project proposals

Attend technical meetings and site visits

Follow up on quotations, tenders, and project opportunities

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering

2–6 years of relevant experience preferred

Familiar with Eurocode standards (EC3 / EC4 preferred)

Able to read and interpret structural drawings

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and willing to learn

✔ Experience in steel, decking, roofing, cladding, or building envelope systems will be an advantage.
