Objectives of the position:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategy Manager, APAC to lead strategic initiatives for our key APAC markets. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our long-term strategic vision, including our Strategy 2030 goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in strategy development, cross-border collaboration, and support future M&A activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support strategic planning and execution for the APAC region.

Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align APAC strategies with Global Strategies.

Drive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business model innovation.

Prepare and present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Take ownership of Strategy 2030 initiatives as they commence, ensuring alignment and execution at country level.

Provide strategic support for potential M&A activities in the region.

Foster cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing across markets.

Represent the strategy function in regional leadership forums and workshops.

Skills & Qualification:

Master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Strategy, or related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy roles, preferably with regional exposure in APAC.

Proven track record of leading strategic projects and initiatives across multiple markets.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in M&A strategy or execution is a plus.

Ability to travel frequently across APAC countries

Prior consultancy background experience would be at advantage

Working Hours :

Mon to Fri 9am-6pm
