Job description for Storeman at All Saints Home
As part of the Operations team, the Storeman is responsible to:-
Ensure goods received are of the correct quantity and quality (visually detected defects are not accepted) according to the purchase orders.
Ensure that goods delivered has proper documentation and acknowledgement.
Correspond with the requestor when the goods arrived.
Ensure items are record and stored in proper rack space.
Daily replenishment of stock on Stock Trolley in the wards.
Maintain proper and updated inventory records by doing regular stock checks.
Prepare Purchase Requisition (PR) for Operations.
Maintain good housekeeping of the store.
Prepare year end documentation for year-end audit
Any miscellaneous ops tasks as assigned by supervisor
Key Requirements:
Minimum GCE “O” Levels
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Ability to carry and lift heavy goods
Ability to work on 5.5 day work week (including Saturdays)
Adept at using PC systems and MS Office software and other software systems
Positive working attitude to work in a team
