- Oversee daily receiving, issuing, transfer, and return of stock/items
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement documentation
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement/vendors
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
- Ensure proper organisation, labelling, storage, and housekeeping of the store/warehouse
- Maintain proper handling and storage procedures for equipment, materials, and tools
- Ensure timely issuance and preparation of items for projects, deliveries, and operations
- Monitor and improve store operational efficiency and workflow
- Supervise storekeepers, logistics assistants, and store personnel
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor staff performance
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety requirements, and operational procedures
- Assist in training and onboarding of store staff
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, engineering, and project teams regarding inventory requirements
- Arrange and monitor deliveries, stock transfers, and material movements
- Support project mobilisation and operational requirements through proper inventory planning
- Prepare inventory, stock movement, and discrepancy reports
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of inventory records and delivery documents
- Assist with audit and stock verification exercises
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company procedures
