The opportunity

Reporting to the regional manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join SPACELUXURY PTE LTD' as a Store Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our premier retail stores in the highly sought-after Orchard Central Region.

Key responsibilities

Must have EXPERIENCE in a manage luxury branded store before .

Manage and lead a team of customer service associates to deliver an exceptional in-store experience

Oversee all store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling

Analyse sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Liaise with the regional manager to develop and implement strategic plans for the store

Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation

Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, providing coaching and development for your team

Comply with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in a LUXURY BRAND retail store management role

Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Passion for the luxury retail industry and delivering exceptional customer service
