About the role

Provide personalised, high-quality customer service in the clinic and jobsite in accordance with established policies and procedures, standards of nursing care, and practices. Provide a holistic, multifaceted, and person-centred approach to plan and execute care to meet the patient's needs. Provide professional nursing care (First aid, ECG, STO, Dressing, Blood pressure checking, Venipuncture for blood sampling), educate the patient and family on recovery and perform related duties. Ensure that the patient receives the prescribed medications. Be meticulous when dispensing according to instructions.

Key responsibilities

Attend to medical emergencies and follow up

Ensure that the medication stock level is sufficient and replenish when necessary

Arrange associates to the clinic for medical consultations/ fitness for CERT assessment, etc

Conduct an in-house vision check

Monthly check of the whole site's first-aid boxes, and CERT first aid bags

Liaise with the clinic to provide audio testing on-site

Issue OTC medication to associates

Participate in the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) training and audit

Provide in-house first aid training when required

Work closely with the HSE officer

About you

A candidate with a Diploma in nursing or a relevant Diploma is preferred

A candidate with relevant working experience is preferred

Experience in on-site projects, such as managing nursing tasks at shipyards, company offices, factories, or on board vessels

Good communication skills

Able to work closely with team members
