What You'll Do:

Define the end-to-end technical and functional architecture for enterprise Salesforce implementations, ensuring scalable and secure solutions.

Architect and design complex system integrations between Salesforce and external third-party applications, APIs, or data warehouses.

Translate high-level business requirements and complex user stories into comprehensive, future-proof architectural blueprints within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Oversee platform governance, data modeling, environment strategy, and security architecture to guarantee compliance and system health.

Collaborate closely with developers, configuration engineers, QA teams, and client executives to ensure high-quality, aligned delivery.

Communicate clearly and proactively, managing stakeholder expectations and mentoring engineering teams on architectural best practices.

What You Bring:

·         Core Architecture Expertise: 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce ecosystem delivery, with a proven track record in a dedicated Solution or Technical Architect capacity.

Integration & Security Mastery: Strong expertise designing secure, real-time, and batch integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and modern identity protocols (OAuth, SAML).

Project & Scale Experience: Proven capability leading at least one full lifecycle enterprise Salesforce implementation (experience with 500+ user environments is highly preferred).

Agile Mindset: Deep familiarity and experience steering technical delivery within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Essential Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, strategic problem-solving capabilities, and executive-level communication skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Points For:

Active Salesforce Certifications, with a strong preference for a Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect (CTA) profile.

Advanced certifications like Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD II)
