Our client is seeking a Solution Account Manager - Singapore to join their team!

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our client's team as a Solution Account Manager based in Singapore. This role is perfect for someone eager to dive into new business development and build lasting client relationships.


Other Information:

Working Day: 5 days

Working Hour: 9am-6pm

Working Location: Kallang

Salary Range: Basic $4,500-$6,500 + Quarterly Commission

What you'll be doing?

Territory-driven prospecting — Actively identify and engage potential clients across Singapore through market research, cold calling, and professional networking to build a strong and sustainable pipeline.

Customer relationship management — Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering attentive pre-sales and post-sales support that builds trust and long-term loyalty.

Cross-functional collaboration — Partner closely with the Solution Manager and Senior Application Engineers to develop and pursue sales opportunities, ensuring customers receive well-rounded and technically sound solutions.

Relationship building — Cultivate and maintain meaningful customer relationships that go beyond transactions, fostering genuine long-term business partnerships.

Sales performance and reporting — Work towards assigned sales targets while providing consistent and transparent updates on pipeline status, sales progress, and customer feedback to keep the team aligned.

Market intelligence — Gather and share valuable insights on customer needs, market trends, and industry developments with internal teams to strengthen business development efforts and sharpen product positioning.


Who are they looking for?

Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering

Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in engineering software solutions.

Industry Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of the products and solutions being sold.
