Key Responsibilities

1.       Drafting & Design

·        Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using SolidWorks

·        Develop shop drawings based on engineering sketches, specifications, and site measurements

·        Produce detailed part drawings and assembly drawings for fabrication works

·        Revise drawings according to engineer/client feedback

2.       Fabrication Support

·        Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) and cutting lists for production

·        Ensure drawings are suitable for manufacturing processes such as cutting, welding, bending, and assembly

·        Coordinate with production team to resolve drawing or fabrication issues

3.       Project Coordination

·        Liaise with engineers, project managers, and site supervisors on design requirements

·        Clarify technical details and resolve design discrepancies

·        Support site verification and as-built updates when required

4.       Quality & Compliance

·        Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, project specifications, and industry practices

·        Check dimensions, tolerances, and material requirements for accuracy

·        Maintain proper revision control for all drawings

5.       Documentation

·        Maintain organized drawing records and revision logs

·        Submit drawings for internal and external approvals

·        Update and finalize as-built drawings upon project completion
