Job Summary

Lead and coordinate construction site activities to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met. Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve issues promptly, maintain work progress, and enforce safety compliance among workers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate construction site works to achieve project milestones
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure contracted works meet all specifications and deadlines
• Identify and resolve worksite issues promptly to maintain continuous progress
• Enforce adherence to all safety regulations among workers and contractors to ensure a safe work environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project completion

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction site management
