What you'll be doing?
Technical Problem-Solving — Support the Planning or Project Manager in identifying and resolving on-site engineering challenges to keep projects on track and fully compliant.
Documentation & Reporting — Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials documentation, Method of Statements, monthly progress claims, and project management reports to ensure smooth approvals and accurate project tracking.
Work Planning & Scheduling — Plan and sequence structural works, allocate resources, and coordinate micro-schedules with other trades and disciplines to align with the Master programme.
Procurement Support — Contribute to the procurement process for structural subcontractors, helping to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of works.
Progress Monitoring — Track the progress of structural, architectural, and M&E works using scheduling tools, proactively identifying and addressing any delays or emerging issues.
Site Supervision — Oversee site execution to ensure all works comply with company SOPs, quality standards, and contractual specifications.
Inspections & Quality Assurance — Conduct thorough inspections and maintain detailed records to verify adherence to project requirements and quality benchmarks.
Handover Readiness — Ensure all Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) checklist requirements are met to support a smooth and timely project handover.
Health, Safety & Environment — Champion and enforce EHS practices consistently on site to uphold a safe and compliant working environment for all.
Who are they looking for?
Engineering Degree — A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognised by the PE Board or BCA forms the foundation for success in this role.
Relevant Experience — 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in building engineering projects is preferred; those with more extensive experience are encouraged to apply and may be considered for a Senior Engineer position.
Specialist Construction Knowledge — Familiarity with Precast, PPVC, or Modular Engineering Technology (MET) projects will be a valued asset in this role.
Technical Proficiency — Proficient in using MS Office and AutoCAD, along with a working knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) software, will support effective delivery in this role.
Team & Independent Work — The ability to work both independently and collaboratively makes for a well-rounded contributor to a multidisciplinary project team.
Communication & Analytical Ability — Demonstrated analytical thinking, supervision capability, and clear communication skills are important for managing the demands of complex construction projects.
Quality Management Credentials — Completion of Quality Management (QM) projects and registration as a Core-trade Foreman or Supervisor is an added advantage, though not a requirement.

Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon to Fri 8am-6pm, Sat 8am-1230pm
Location: Changi
Salary: $4000 - $5500
