Construction Site Clerk – Job Description
Provide administrative and clerical support to site management team (project manager, engineers, supervisors)
Maintain and organize site documents including drawings, permits, reports, and correspondence
Ensure latest construction documents and drawings are properly distributed to site teams
Prepare and maintain daily workers’ timesheets and attendance records
Assist in calculating and recording worker incentives, allowances, and productivity records
Record material deliveries and maintain proper documentation for site usage
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports
Assist in coordination between office staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers
Maintain safety-related records such as toolbox meetings, permits, and incident reports
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Construction Site Clerk – Job Requirements
Experience in construction site admin work is an advantage (fresh graduates may apply)
Must be able to handle workers’ timesheets and incentive calculations accurately
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems
Strong attention to detail and good numerical accuracy
Able to work in a construction site environment (outdoor, dusty, noisy conditions)
Good communication skills to liaise with workers, supervisors, and office staff
Responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Basic understanding of construction site operations is an advantage
