Job description for Shipping Executive at Sineurope
- Keying of stock data into the accounting system
- Issue invoices
- Prepare import & export shipping documents
- Liaise with shipping agents
- Other ad hoc job duties assigned
- Good communication in English and proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese (to handle queries from Mandarin/Chinese-speaking shipping agents in regard to shipping matters)
- Good working attitude, meticulous & independent
- The workplace is located in Tuas, and company transport is provided from Jurong East MRT
- Alternate Saturday off
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably, the entry-level should specialize in logistics/supply chain or equivalent.
