Job description for 【SG】Warehouse Assistant at Keding Enterprises
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support our daily warehouse and logistics operations. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, willing to learn, and interested in building a long-term career in warehouse management.
Keding Enterprises is a publicly listed company in Taiwan and a leading interior materials brand. As our Singapore branch continues to expand, we’re strengthening our local operations team and looking for someone who can support execution on the ground while growing into a more responsible role over time.
This is an on-site, hands-on role, you’ll work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate inventory management.
What You’ll Do:
1. Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
2. Support inventory control activities such as stock counting, cycle counts, and basic data entry.
3. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of goods to maintain an efficient warehouse layout.
4. Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to supervisors.
5. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift) when required, following safety guidelines.
6. Support loading and unloading of goods, including handling physical tasks as needed.
7. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse environment.
8. Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
What We’re Looking For:
1. 0–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or a related field.
2. Basic understanding of warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
3. Forklift license is a plus (or willingness to obtain one).
4. Willingness to perform hands-on and physical tasks, including lifting goods.
5. Basic English communication skills (for simple reporting and coordination).
6. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
7. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
*Working hour: 07:30-16:30 (With shift allowance), Mon-Fri

本职位为现场驻点岗位,你将与团队紧密合作,确保日常运作顺畅及库存管理准确。
工作职责
协助日常仓库运作,包括收货、上架、拣货、包装及出货。
协助库存管理工作,如盘点、循环盘点及基本资料录入。
确保货品标签、存放及整理规范,维持仓库高效布局。
协助保持库存准确,并向主管汇报差异情况。
按安全规范操作仓库设备(如叉车)。
协助货品装卸,能胜任相关体力工作。
保持仓库环境整洁及符合安全标准。
与仓库团队配合,确保订单准时、准确完成。
任职要求
0–2 年仓库、物流或相关行业经验。
具备基本仓库运作知识者优先,非必需。
持有叉车执照优先(或愿意考取)。
愿意执行现场及体力工作,包括搬运货品。
具备基本英文沟通能力,可进行简单汇报与协调。
细心负责,责任心强。
态度积极、愿意学习,具备团队合作精神。
*工作時間:07:30AM~04:30PM (有時段津貼),周一~周五
