Join Our Team as a Service Supervisor!

We are looking for a hands-on and dedicated Service Supervisor to assist in overseeing our front-line service operations. Working closely with the Workshop team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all customer enquiries, service, and repair needs are met and delivered promptly. You will also serve as a facilitator to guide and coach your team. If you are a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you on board!

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing day-to-day front-line service operations.

Work collaboratively with the Workshop team to ensure smooth coordination between service and repair functions.

Ensure all customer enquiries, service requests, and repair needs are addressed and fulfilled in a timely manner.

Serve as a facilitator and guide for team members under your supervision.

Provide coaching, guidance, and assistance to team members whenever necessary.

Provide support to Kah Motor Thomson Honda Service Centre when needed.

Any other tasks as assigned by the Workshop Manager.

Job Requirements:

Minimum GCE 'O' Level / ITE / Diploma in Automotive Technology or related field.

Prior experience in automotive service operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity.

Strong knowledge of vehicle service and repair processes.

Good customer service orientation with the ability to manage escalations.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Class 3 driving licence preferred.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm (Alternate Saturdays: full day till 5:00pm)
