Job description for SERVICE FILED ENGINEER at Allsense Pte Ltd
Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Maintenance: Setting up new equipment, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring systems meet safety and operational standards.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and replacing components on-site or remotely.
Customer Support: Providing technical guidance, training users on equipment, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Documentation & Reporting: Updating maintenance logs, creating service reports, and documenting technical issues for future reference.
Performance Monitoring: Analyzing machine performance and recommending upgrades or improvements to prevent downtime.
· Have valid at least one year experience in Project / Engineering Management field.
· Ability to read and understand Floor Plans
· Basic Customer relationship management skills
· Excellent technical skill with a proven ability to install and repair products
· Project management skills
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
· Well-presented and good reading/writing skills
· Able to manage inventory levels
· Able to work independently, self-motivated and team player
· Good time management and organizational skills
· Possess own vehicle
· Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or software systems, depending on the industry.
· Problem-Solving: Excellent diagnostic skills to identify and solve complex technical problems under pressure.
· Communication: Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
· Education: A diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields).
Work Requirements:
1) To work MON-FRI + SAT (Half-Day) when needed
2) Able to work shifts i.e. night shifts when needed
3) To have own transport for travel to and fro
4) A valid Singapore Class 3 license is an advantage
