Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, coordination and execution of facilities and engineering projects to ensure completion within schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Service, maintain, and troubleshoot plant facilities and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational reliability.

Identify maintenance issues and implement effective solutions to improve equipment performance and operational efficiency.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient execution of maintenance activities, repairs, and facility-related projects.

Supervise and guide supervisors and technicians, providing technical support, training, and performance oversight.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve facility and equipment issues, ensuring smooth plant operations.

Monitor and maintain records of equipment downtime to support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs for plant facilities and machinery.

Monitor and compile utility energy consumption data to ensure compliance with Energy Conservation Act (ECA) reporting requirements.

Support the implementation of Energy Efficiency Opportunities Assessment (EEOA) initiatives in line with regulatory standards.

Possess basic knowledge of PLC systems (considered an advantage).

Perform other duties assigned by Management, including responsibilities related to safety, Emergency Response Team (ERT), or operational requirements.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Technical area of Study (Mechatronics Engineering)

1 year & above relevant experience
