About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Service Crew member to join our hospitality team in the Singapore River Central Region. This is a full-time position where you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Service Crew member, you will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality hospitality.
What you'll be doing
Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and seating them appropriately
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently whilst providing knowledgeable recommendations
Serving food and drinks promptly and courteously, ensuring all items meet quality standards
Clearing tables promptly and maintaining a clean and organised dining environment throughout service
Responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any concerns with a positive attitude
Processing payments and providing excellent checkout experiences
Maintaining knowledge of menu items, specials and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction
Collaborating effectively with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations
Following food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
Contributing to the overall ambiance and atmosphere of the establishment
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a waiting or service crew role within a hospitality setting is preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and professional manner
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when taking and fulfilling orders
Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy service periods
Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guest satisfaction
Physical capability to stand for extended periods and carry items safely
Reliability and punctuality with a professional appearance and demeanour
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards is advantageous
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
