- Orientation and briefing for all new employees.
- Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
- Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
- On-The-Job training and guide new employees.
- Re-training for staffs not consistently meeting production target.
- Conduct periodic re-certification .
- Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
- Collating feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements to training methods where required.
- Support for updating employee training records certification
- Support NPI (new product introduction) training
- Support production line SOPs to update the latest version.
- Develop and provide training programs for Line Assistant.
- Develop and provide cross-training programs to operators.
- Maintain updated training matrix and certification records for all production personnel.
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance to training documentation requirements.
