Job description for Senior Trainer at Meiban Group

  • Orientation and briefing for all new employees.
  • Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
  • On-The-Job training and guide new employees.
  • Re-training for staffs not consistently meeting production target.
  • Conduct periodic re-certification .
  • Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
  • Collating feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements to training methods where required.
  • Support for updating employee training records certification
  • Support NPI (new product introduction) training
  • Support production line SOPs to update the latest version.
  • Develop and provide training programs for Line Assistant.
  • Develop and provide cross-training programs to operators.
  • Maintain updated training matrix and certification records for all production personnel.
  • Participate in audits and ensure compliance to training documentation requirements.
