About the role

We are hiring a ServiceNow Developer to join a fast-growing, innovation-driven consulting environment focused on delivering next-generation ServiceNow solutions.

This is not a traditional ServiceNow role, you will be working on AI-powered implementations, building modern, user-centric solutions, and collaborating on end-to-end business transformation projects.

What you'll be doing

Design and develop advanced ServiceNow solutions integrated with AI and automation technologies

Build and customise Service Portal experiences using AngularJS

Develop AI-powered workflows, virtual agents, and predictive solutions

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, AI specialists, and business consultants

Work on projects that go beyond technical delivery into business transformation

Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and emerging AI capabilities

What we're looking for

~7+ years of ServiceNow development experience

Strong experience in ServiceNow CSM modules and integrations

Hands-on experience with AngularJS (Service Portal development is essential)

Ability to design and customise user-facing portals (UI-focused development)

Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and web technologies

Experience with ITIL processes and ITSM frameworks

Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
