As part of this growth, we are looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of projects end-to-end, think critically, and operate with a high level of independence in a fast-moving creative environment.
Role Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of creative and campaign-based projects across design, animation, video, and emerging AI-driven initiatives. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, on brief, and within scope, while adapting to evolving project needs.
Given the diverse nature of projects, this role requires strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Project Management
Lead projects from kickoff to delivery across design, animation, video, and campaign-based workstreams, ensuring clear workflows, task allocation, and smooth execution across varying project types.
2. Timeline & Resource Management
Develop and manage detailed project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and coordinate across teams to meet deadlines and production requirements.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with creative, production, and account teams to ensure alignment on briefs, feedback, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Adaptability & Scope Management
Navigate changes in scope, timelines, or deliverables with agility, ensuring solutions remain practical while maintaining quality and overall project objectives.
5. Project Ownership & Issue Resolution
Apply structured thinking to anticipate risks, troubleshoot issues, and make informed decisions across different project formats and requirements.
What We’re Looking For
3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in the creative, advertising or media industry
Strong ability to manage different types of projects from design and animation to video and campaign-based work
Exposure or interest in AI-related or emerging digital projects is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where project scopes may shift
Able to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability
Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
