Job description for Senior HR Executive at Tecsia Lubricants
Primary Responsibilities
Participate in the recruitment processes and take charge of the on-boarding procedures.
Ensure that the recruitment processes are conducted in accordance with company policies and MOM regulations.
Responsible for all employee work pass applications, renewal and terminations.
Responsible for payroll submissions.
Process HR-related documentation and prepare reports on staffing, grievances, performance evaluations, compensation, and benefits.
Monitor staff attendance, ensuring compliance with company policies
Check staff claims, ensure completeness and timely submission of claims reports.
Develop and implement employee training and development plans to support business and career growth.
Update company’s policies and conduct HR announcements or communication sessions whenever necessary.
Organize regular team bonding activities and Company Event.
Handles all company’s insurance and insurance claims. (I.e. travelling, fire, WICA, company vehicles, etc.)
Assist in the application and renewal of all licenses and permits required for business operations.
Ensure the company assets and resources are used for Company purposes only.
Perform various administrative tasks to support HR and overall company operations.
Compliance
Handles the company’s compliance issues, including trademarks, ISO, bizSafe, sales and purchase agreements, as well as any other legal related documents/matters.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
5 years and above of human resources experience with diploma/degree in related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office, such as MS Word, Excel etc.
Preferable to have knowledge in local legislative laws such as the Employment Act.
Strong interpersonal and communications
Meticulous and good with details.
Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin
Experience with employment law in Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia preferred
