Detailed schedule & s-curve creation & reporting for new repairs. Knowledge & experience with Microsoft Project & Primavera

• Developing project schedules for short/long term repair/conversion/newbuild projects.
• Monitor project progress and performance against the established schedule. Identify potential delays or risks and implement corrective actions.
• Identify critical path activities and dependencies to optimise project timelines.
• Ensure projects are completed on-time & within budget.
• Estimate & prepare manpower histogram for repair/conversion projects
• Prepare weekly / monthly reports for clients.

Relevant experience in project planning and scheduling within the marine and offshore industry.

Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple schedules concurrently.
