Location: Toa Payoh, Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Straight morning shifts, alternate 5/6 work days per week
At Creamier, beyond handcrafted ice cream and waffles, we're growing our bakery and deli programme with fresh breads, sandwiches and baked goods made daily with care.
We're looking for a passionate Senior Baker to join our team — someone who enjoys working with dough, appreciates good ingredients, and takes pride in creating products people return for.
What you'll do
• Lead daily bakery production and ensure products are prepared consistently to Creamier standards
• Prepare and bake artisan breads, shokupan, sandwich loaves, pastries and bakery items
• Oversee dough preparation, fermentation, proofing and baking processes
• Support new product development and seasonal menu launches
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely output for cafés and retail operations
• Supervise and guide junior bakers and kitchen staff
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
• Manage ingredient inventory, wastage and stock ordering
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve efficiency and quality
What we're looking for
• Minimum 3 years experience in bakery production or artisan baking
• Experience with bread production, sourdough or laminated doughs is a must
• Strong understanding of baking techniques and production planning
• Hands-on, organised and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with good leadership and communication skills
• Team player who enjoys teaching and growing others
