Key Responsibilities
Security Surveillance and Response: Responsible to monitor security operations and patrol resort properties and critical installations, respond to any untoward incident according to the approved procedures.
Operational Support: Support the security operations center by responding to emergencies and providing real-time updates.
Customer Service and Professionalism: Responsible to maintain a professional demeanour, deliver good customer service and provide assistance in accordance with regulatory guidelines and SOPs.
Access Control and Enforcement: Responsible to manage casino entry and exit points and verify identification eligibility in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Compliance: Responsible to ensure compliance with governmental legislation in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Additional Duties: Responsible to escort or carry valuables as required, high-value items, and documentation and perform other tasks within the resort as directed by management.
Requirements
Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age.
Minimum GCE `N' level or an equivalent qualification.
Ensure and maintain customer service standards & uphold professionalism.
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess a valid Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD) license.
Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
