Job description for Sales Support Admin at Grand Venture Technology
Duties & Responsiblities:
- Providing support to Sales/Project Department
- Performing day-to-day administrative duties and support including data entry, corresponds to emails and filing
- Providing assistance to colleagues with their inquiries
- Assisting to create Sales Item Master (IM) by using ERP system
- Preparing for Customers’ Delivery and printing of Delivery Order
- Preparing sales report
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to commence work within short notice
