JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute action plans to achieve sales and order targets.

Perform result analysis for authorized distributors and conduct regular business reviews to track progress and adjust strategies as required.

Provide support to tasks related to sales administration, including order processing to ensure seamless business operations.

Act as subject matter expert for the product range and supporting the main team in product demonstration and needs assessment.

Proactively promote and expand the calibration business as a value-added service.

Plan and implement promotional campaigns and evaluate its effectiveness through regular monitoring and follow-up.

Provide technical training and sales support to authorized distributors for effective promotion of products.

Stay up to date on market trends and activities from related industries.

Contribute to the generation of potential sales opportunities by actively identifying them during customer interactions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Preferably NITEC/Diploma in Metrology or Engineering related fields.

Strong understanding of small tools and general metrology principles (standards; drawings).

A professional that has a drive for results and the ability to manage relationships effectively.
