Additel is one of the leading worldwide providers of process calibration tools. We are dedicated to designing, manufacturing, and delivering the highest quality handheld test tools and portable calibrators for process and calibration industries. We are currently seeking a Singapore-based Sales Manager to oversee local sales in Singapore as well as sales channel management across Southeast and South Asia.

Job Responsibilities:

l  Responsible for local sales in Singapore: customer and channel development, solution design, product promotion, quotation, and on-site installation and commissioning

l  Channel Management in Southeast and South Asia: managing existing distributors, developing new distributors, sales channel training, and sales performance management

l  35% of the time is spent on business trips in Southeast and South Asia for distributor and customer visits, trade show and event support

l  Presenting Monthly Work Reports to Management

Requirements:

l  Minimum 3 years of overseas sales channel management experience

l  Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia as required (Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, India and other countries per request)

l  Fluent in Chinese and English

l  Team player with initiative and strong communication skills
