About the role
Lead business growth and manage the full sales cycle for process and maintenance services. Collaborate with operations and technical teams to deliver commercially sound and operationally feasible solutions in complex industrial environments.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while ensuring job profitability and sustainable margins.
- Manage and expand existing customer accounts through regular engagement and site visits to strengthen relationships.
- Own the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract award to secure new contracts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives to achieve business growth targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, monitor sales performance, and recommend improvement actions to optimize results.
- Provide market and competitor insights to support informed management decision-making.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets through clear KPIs and regular performance reviews.
- Support sales team capability development and promote a results-driven, collaborative sales culture.
- Prepare and lead tender submissions, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations to win contracts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop technically sound and cost-effective proposals that meet operational, safety, and regulatory requirements.
About you
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Class 3 driving license and own vehicle.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in process industry, downstream maintenance, industrial services, or related sectors.
- Exposure to waste management or environmental services.
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
