Job description for Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding) at Richwell Global Forwarding Pte Ltd
Job Scope
To achieve Company’s business growth (budget/target) with existing resources
To manage and expand new business and contribute to meet sales KPI
Manage a portfolio of new and potential customers via telephone contact
Build a strong client relationship and grow accounts to their maximum potential
Coordinate with different department and act as the customer’s point of contact to ensure all queries, problem or issues are dealt with appropriately
Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately on the database
Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring
Credit control management
Sales support – preparing of quotations, coordination with overseas agents, monthly tariff & reporting
Carry out any ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the Company
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels
1 to 3 years of relevant experience
Possess knowledge of freight forwarding
Able to commit for overtime when needed
