Key Responsibilities

Handle ventilation fan sales enquiries from contractors, consultants, and customers

Prepare technical and commercial quotations for ventilation fan systems

Perform fan selections, airflow calculations, static pressure calculations, and related technical evaluations

Recommend suitable ventilation solutions based on project requirements

Liaise with suppliers and factories on technical specifications, lead times, and pricing

Follow up on quotations and negotiate with customers to secure orders

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders

Attend site meetings and occasional site inspections when required

Maintain proper documentation of quotations, drawings, and project records

Support business development and identify new sales opportunities

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Fresh graduates with strong interest in technical sales are welcome to apply

Basic understanding of ventilation systems, airflow, and static pressure calculations

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Able to read technical drawings and specifications

Independent, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Possess strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of mechanical ventilation systems

Experience with contractor and project sales

Familiarity with AutoCAD or selection software is an advantage

Understanding of Singapore construction and M&E industry practices

Bilingual
