Job Description:
- Identify and manage sales opportunities and projects to drive revenue growth with both potential and existing customers.
- Establish and maintain close relationships with new and existing customers through the entire sales cycle, from pre-sales to post-sales.
- Build and maintain strong, friendly connections with customers, ensuring long-term trust and collaboration.
- Align with and execute the company’s sales strategy to target the right customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits on a weekly visit and provide visit reports.
- Participate in weekly management discussions to review, refine and implement effective sales strategies.
- Identify and address customer challenges or special requirements, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Act as a key bridge between customers and the technical team, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Min 1 - 3 years of experience in sales or application engineering, preferably in EMS, electronic manufacturing services or others customer in other electronic company.
- Strong technical knowledge of product design, manufacturing processes, and customization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
