About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and technically competent Sales & Application Engineer to drive business growth by delivering tailored engineering solutions to our customers. This role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to support both pre-sales and post-sales activities.

What you'll be doing

Provide technical sales support by recommending suitable products and solutions based on customer requirements

Understand customer needs and translate them into practical engineering solutions

Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and presentations

Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies

Participate in customer visits, site assessments, trade shows, and industry events

Provide post-sales support, including product training, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments

What we're looking for

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or application engineering, preferably within the engineering or industrial sector

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex systems and solutions

Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team environment

Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices

Willingness to travel for site visits and customer engagements

Possession of own vehicle is an advantage for site visits and customer engagements
