Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrator to support our Trading Card Game (TCG)

sales and distribution operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing sales administration, customer support, inventory coordination, and reporting to ensure smooth day-to-day operations between the company, retailers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, credit notes, and other sales-related documentation.

Monitor order fulfilment and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain and update customer records, pricing information, and sales databases.

Work closely with warehouse and inventory teams to monitor stock levels and product availability.

Support other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Min Higher Nitec in in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain, or equivalent.

Fresh graduates and candidates with little or no work experience are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.

Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.

Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

Experience and passion in the Trading Card Game, hobby, gaming, or distribution industry is an advantage.
