Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately to fulfill sales requirements
Prepare and manage invoices to ensure correct billing and payment processing
Generate and verify shipping documents, including delivery orders and packing lists, to support logistics and delivery
Maintain vendor relationships by communicating effectively and supporting sourcing activities
Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
5.5-days workweek (Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm, Sat 8:30am-12:30pm)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to facilitate vendor and customer interactions
Exhibit strong organizational skills and a good understanding of sourcing processes to support procurement and vendor management
