Job description for Sales Admin Support at Yong Joo
We are a vegetable distribution company serving B2B customers. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to support the team in daily sales and administrative operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders in system
- Handle basic customer enquiries
- Coordinate orders and indents
- Ensure orders are prepared on time
- Update, finalise and print/ send invoices
- Assist with general sales admin support duties
- Other ad hoc tasks or projects
Requirements
- Responsible with great attention to detail
- Able to work independently and prioritise tasks during busy period
- Positive attitude and able to work well with others
- Basic computer skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (need to liaise with Chinese speaking customers)
Working Hours and Location
- 5.5 days work week: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.00pm, Saturday 7.30am to 12.00pm (timing can be discussed)
- Possible future transition to 5-day work shift arrangement
- Work location: Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre (5 minute walk from Haw Par Villa MRT)
