As an RPA Developer, you will be focused on building end to end automation process

solutions that meets business requirements. You will work within project planning

constraints, owning development solutions and have a high level of exposure to a wide

range of stakeholders at all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development:

 Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation.

 Design, develop, and test RPA solutions using leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.

 Create and maintain detailed documentation of automated processes.

• Implementation:

 Deploy RPA solutions in production environments and ensure their smooth operation.

 Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes to ensure they run correctly.

 Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of RPA solutions.

• Maintenance and Support:

 Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions.

 Modify existing bots to improve efficiency and adapt to changes in the business environment.

 Ensure compliance with established governance and security standards.

• Training and Collaboration:

 Train and mentor junior RPA developers and business users on RPA tools and best practices.

 Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions.

• Continuous Improvement:

 Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in RPA technology and methodologies.

 Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

 Participate in RPA community forums and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

• Education and Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

 Proven experience (2+ years) in RPA development with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

• Technical Skills:

 Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar.

 Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Python, Java, or similar.

 Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation.

 Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and query languages.

• Soft Skills:

 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

 Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Additional Requirements:

 Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

 Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts (optional but advantageous).

 Experience with API integrations and working with REST/SOAP services.
