Primary Responsibilities:

Key personnel for in-store operations and duties. Manages opening and closing of stores.

Manages store's overall standard that includes from cleanliness to sales.

Serving valuable customers with their enquiries and purchases.

Adopt good Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Role model to part-time employees. Manage part-timers duties.

Good product knowledge.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Work with HQ for operational performance, recommending improvements.

Mentoring part-time employees.

Working beyond store for CRM (if necessary)

Requirements:

Proficient in English language

More than 1 year of work experience

Excellent communication skills at all times.

Passion for luxury.

Professional mindset at all times.

Well dressed and able to maintain professionalism.

Willingness to lead.

Mentoring part-time employees.

Other Information:

Location: ION Orchard.

Store operating hours: 10am - 10pm.

Store opening: 1 October 2026. Hired candidates to start on 1 October 2026.

Minimally 5 days of work/week.
